Our Story
NTX Service Leads started because we needed better data for our own business.
We run S & W Service and Repair LLC — an appliance repair company serving Denton, Frisco, Little Elm, Flower Mound, and surrounding cities. Like every home service business, we spent money on leads that didn’t convert. Shared leads from Angi where 5 other guys got the same phone number. Mailing lists full of rental properties and LLC-owned investment homes that never pick up the phone.
So we built our own lead system. We pull directly from county appraisal records, cross-reference with homestead exemptions to verify owner-occupied homes, enrich with Census income data and city building permits, and score every lead with our ARLS algorithm — the same system we use to find our own customers.
It worked. Our direct mail response rate improved dramatically. We started booking jobs from data instead of waiting for the phone to ring.
Now we’re making that same data available to other home service companies in North Texas. Because the market is big enough for all of us, and bad leads are everyone’s problem.
What Makes Our Data Different
We use it ourselves. Every lead in our database goes through the same scoring we use for S & W Service and Repair. If we wouldn’t mail it, we don’t sell it.
We verify owner-occupancy. County homestead exemption records tell us whether the owner actually lives there. Rentals and LLC-owned properties get filtered out of HOT leads.
We enrich beyond the basics. Neighborhood income, home values, building permit history — not just a name and address.
We refresh weekly. County data updates every Monday. Your data stays current.
We offer cash refunds. Not credits. Not a runaround. If the data is bad, you get your money back.

We do not scrape private websites, buy from data brokers, or use consumer tracking data. Every record comes from a verified public source.
